This position is primary responsible for designing and developing turnkey products and business opportunities from proposal to acceptance. This includes conception and development of new processes, fixtures, and tools. Also responsible for presenting to professional groups and preparing proposals for customers as applicable.
• Preparation of Demo part includes clamping solution and tooling.
• Perform demonstration and explain machine function & Features.
• Support in technical discussion to sales team & customer.
• Perform time study and engineering solution (Turnkey).
• Perform fixture/ clamping solution for turnkey and demo.
• Perform project acceptance and run in for machinery sold.
• Recommendation of right machine base on customer drawing and information.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male/ Female Age not over than 25 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree mechanical engineer
• 0-1 years of work experience in designing and developing CNC products. New grad is welcomed.
• Customer oriented
• Perform Test Cut and time study.
• Sound technical knowhow in jig and Fixture.
• Knowledge of machine, PLC and CNC will be advantage
• CAD solid modeling exposure is plus.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Component in reading, writing and using program AutoCAD, CAM, Drawing will be advantage
• Must be able to drive with valid driver license
