- Monitor the business performance and analyze monthly operating results against budget and forecasts
- Analyze the causes for variances against budget/forecast, discuss these with operational team and make actionable recommendations on operations while the forecasted data
- Assist and contribute in the local Executive Committee and Board of Directors meetings
- Develop tools and dashboard templates, collect and provide critical financial and operational information to the CMEA CEO, CFO and local GM’s
- Ensure appropriate tracking and analysis of synergies and cost savings initiatives while reinforcing process controls
- Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the plants’ operating performance across the region
- Review financial analysis for capital expenditures (CAPEX) investment decisions
- Coordinate with Finance manager monitoring cash flow and coordinate cash management activities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting
- 3-5 years of experience in auditing/controlling position
- CPD or CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
- Fluent in English
- 3-5 years’ experience in the Manufacturing industry will be an advantage
- Excellent in MS Office especially Excel
- Knowledge and experience in consolidation and preparing financial statements in accordance with TFRS standards.
