1 Support Management policy & Quality target & Environment target of company
2 Handle for customer claim.
3 Summarize and prepare report for customer claim.
4 Handle for customer audit and confirmation
5 Setup and review concerned work instruction and form.
6 Support for ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO/TS16949
7 Other duties as assigned by superior

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Bachelor's degree in Electric or related field
2.) Experience 1-3 years in QC/QA field and Company Electronic (PCB Process)
3.) Proficient use of applicable technology and Microsoft Office
4.) Good understanding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949 (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Six Sigma)
** Able to speak, read, write and listen to English ( Toeic ) and Japanese will be an advantage.
