1. Team management
・Responsible for overseeing all matters within Export Sales Division and addressing any issues that may
impact its operations.
・Review the sales results and consider improvement ideas with the management team and subordinates.
・Prepare sales and marketing reports in English and Japanese.
・Guide and train subordinates while improving their work efficiency.
・Set KPI, track, and conduct evaluation to subordinates.

2. Market Research & Making Sales Strategy
・Design and implement strategic plans to achieve company goal.
・Conduct market research to build up the effective strategies, develop new customers and products.
・Create a yearly budget and business plan with the management team.

3. Budget Control & Inventory Control
・Perform inventory control to prevent overstock.
・Monitor and control the expenses within the approved budget.

4. Others
・Regularly work closely with Japan Headquarter for any sales and marketing issue.
・Build a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
・Handle other tasks assigned by superiors

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Minimum 5 years experience in export/ international sales or related field
・At least 2 years of a managerial role in export/ international sales is a must
・Nearly Upper Intermediate Level in English (TOIEC 700+)
・Intermediate+ level of Japanese (JLPT N2)
・Able to go on business trip abroad (South East Asian countries)
・Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills


Advantage:
Background in consumer product or household appliences
・Proficiency in Excel (Pivot, Vlookup) and PowerPoint.
・Knowledge in online and offline marketing, business analysis, or any marketing field
