JOB DETAIL
- Oversee recruitment activities, including contacting recruitment agencies to post job openings, scheduling interviews, notifying candidates of interview results, and preparing for candidate assessments.
- Organize and manage recruitment booths at various job fairs (if applicable).
- Manage employee benefits by administering and verifying employee entitlements.
- Oversee and develop welfare policies to ensure they are modern and aligned with employees’ needs.
- Handle, analyze, and verify HR data such as tracking employee absences/leaves.
- Calculate overtime for employees and compile monthly overtime schedules.
- Maintain employee records to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in planning and managing the employee training system to develop skills.
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, such as organizing company events, surveying employee satisfaction, and analyzing the results for further improvements.
- Assist in planning and executing projects aimed at employee retention.
- Facilitate communication between departments by issuing HR announcements and addressing queries regarding employee policies.
- Collaborate in developing and implementing HRIS systems or new technologies to streamline HR processes.
- Serve as an interpreter and translate internal company documents related to HR tasks.
- Collaborate in organizing ISO9001 events and other activities arranged by the company.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years of experience in HR.
- Proficient in Japanese, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (N2 level).
- Proficient in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization.
- Knowledge of labor law (advantage)
