JOB DETAIL
• Handling visas, work Permits, and 90-day Reports for foreign staff. (Non-B Visa, Non O Visa &WP)
• Assist all of Human Resources and admin duties such as Checking Time attendance, Recruitment, Office Supply, and Company Activities
• Time Attendance and Checking OT
• Supervise and control the Driver teams and maids.
• Responsible for compensation & benefits, the Employee’s birthday and company's activities.
• Ordering office equipment, Wi-Fi, Printer, Arranging a car for staff and car's maintenance.
• Basic accounting and coordinate with accounting firm.
• Other tasks as HR & Admin Manager's assignment
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Require work experience in Visa and Work Permit at least 1 year ~ and HR & admin job at least 1-2 years~
• Strong handling of visas, work Permits, and 90-day Reports for foreign staff. (Experienced for Non-B Visa, Non O Visa &WP only)
• Contact various government and agencies (Revenue, SSO, DBD)
• Assist all of Human Resources and admin with full functions.
• Can speak, write and read in English (Intermediate Skill~)
• Fast Learning, Multitasking, thorough person, Good Communication Skill, Cheerful, to be creative
• Can work under pressure, patient, not job hoppers
• English or Japanese Speaking
