【Job Description】
・Operation, monitoring network as an Out-Sourcing engineer.
・Check Ticket & Send request configure NW(L3SW, L2SW, AP, WLC, CUCM, VG) to Vendor and report to User
・Problem management NW(L3SW, L2SW, AP, WLC, CUCM, VG)
・Coordinate with all related party for installation LAN and Hardware
・Document management (NW Diagram, NW Equipment list, QA check Result, Announcement)
・Monitoring NW(L3SW, L2SW, AP, WLC, CUCM, VG)
・Submit FW request to Vendor follow User Template
・Work Location: Mainly in Our CUSTOMER Office (Bangkok - BTS Pholenchit Station)

90% stay at client location
10% work in the office

Report to Japanese

【Company Organization】

※There is also a Japanese interpreter.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
・Male or Female
・Age between 25 - 40 years old
・At least experience more 1 year in Network Operation or/and monitoring.
・Strong knowledge in NW (Cisco, Fortinet, PaloAlto networks, Juniper, HP Aruba) etc.
・Intermediate Level of English
