- Plan and control the production process (painting) using a line conveyor system, covering EDP coating, paint curing, surface preparation, and automotive painting.
- Manage the automotive or automotive parts painting department, including EDP coating and painting with 1K and 2K automotive paints.
- Oversee the quality control of coating, curing, and painting processes to meet company standards.
- Supervise and manage the Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) wastewater treatment system and ensure environmental quality control, including odor, noise, and dust management.
- Oversee and manage tools and machinery in the painting department (hand tools and paint machines).
- Prepare documentation for managing employee workflows in the department, including workflow procedures, work instructions (WI), and control plans.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male, aged 35-45 years.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields.
- Experience in managing supply chain operations in factories, stock control, and production planning within a manufacturing facility.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Skilled in using MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD/SolidWorks, and SAP programs.
