• Develop and implement sales strategies for sea freight services.
• Identify and secure new local clients while managing existing accounts.
• Prepare and present proposals and bids that meet customer requirements.
• Maintain sales performance records and manage pipelines.
• Analyze client needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Plan monthly sales cycles and ensure compliance with sales regulations.
• Control revenue and expenses to achieve financial goals.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, aged 30-40 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills for interacting with leaders and international customers.
• Proficiency in a third language (Chinese, Japanese, or Korean) is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably over 10 years in the freight forwarding industry.
• Proven experience managing Global Manufacturing and National Companies (GMNC customers).
• Strong management skills.
• No personal car required; a company driver is provided.
