JOB DETAIL
Brief description of position:
1 Admin function
• To provide administrative tasks such as office equipment/supplies and facilities with maintenance
• To manage rental & leasing agreements such as car & driver, mobile, computer & accessories, etc. and responsible for car reservation (share car)
• Renewal risk, accidental damage insurance
• Responsible for booking air tickets, hotel, travel insurance, mobile roaming for business trip
• To manage & monitor drivers and maid performance and relevant documentation
• To manage and support staff claim and support team to proceed payment request and workflow system
• To assist any other jobs as supervisor assigned.
2 HR function
• To take care of on boarding & off boarding process
• To take care of employee benefits such as group insurance, annual health check-up, and welfare as specified in work regulations
• To plan and organize company activities such as company trips, new year party, monthly party and activities according to various festivals.
• To record, update, prepare monthly report; time attendance, OT hours, leave
• To update and announce organization chart, newsletter
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Male or Female, 25-30 years
- Experience over 2-4 years
- Has an experience in HR & Admin function
- Able to communicate in English (TOEIC Score over 400-450) or in Japanese
- Able to use MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
