JOB DETAIL

Sales Executive position (looking after existing clients), working under Thai Manager.

■Products:
Electronic materials and components for industrial use:
(Insulation tape, protective tape/film, fixing tape, coating oil, and ferrite core for noise removal, for industrial use)

■Their clients: Electronics, Automotive, and industrial manufacturing industries.
(Power supply industry, Office Equipment industry, Car industry etc)
Most of clients are Japanese companies.

■Sales area: Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Chonburi, Rayong, Chiang Mai, etc.

■Job details:
You will be looking after the existing clients.

・Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
・Visit existing customers a couple of times a week by private car
・Listen to client needs and propose the best products to them.
・Hear about future purchase prospects for existing products and industry trends.
・Discuss on prices and delivery dates are also held as necessary.
・Respond to client requests/enquiries by e-mail and phone.
・In charge of Sales admin work (Such as making quotation for customers).
・Prepare customer credit applications.
・Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
・Coordinate with our member and clients in case of urgently requirement.
・Participate in regular sales meetings and report the situation.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- MUST have a driver's license
(Can use company car with a driver, but driver’s license is still mandatory.)
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- English: Intermediate level (TOEIC600+) is a MUST
　(Used at the office, and with client at meeting and by email.)
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power point
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

Personality: Must be proactive, energetic and cheerful personality, and enjoy talking with customers.
