•Coordinate with logistics service provider for shipping activities
oInvolves ensuring that shipping activities are carried out efficiently.
oKey for maintaining compliance with customs regulations and timelines for both imports and exports.
•Monitor logistics processes
oMonitor and follow up with logistics service provider to meet with schedules
oRequires proactive communication and problem-solving skills to ensure logistics operations meet deadlines.
oImportant for minimizing delays and ensuring customer satisfaction.
•Check and update stock inventory.
oMonitors inventory levels.
oIssues stock transfer documents when moving goods between locations.
•Prepare, issue, submit, and monitor all related documents for:
oSales transactions, including customer invoicing and statements.
oPurchase orders and goods receipts to ensure accurate accounting and inventory management.
oEnsure correct entries into the accounting system.
oMaintain accurate records of all transaction-related documentation for check and compliance purposes.
•Communicate with customers regarding schedules, inquiries, and updates.
oEnsure timely and accurate invoices to customers, following up on payment status as necessary.
•Collaborate with the relevant department and undertake other related tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Qualified to degree level in Business Management or any related field
• Female only, age between 22 - 28 years old
• At least 2 years’ working experience in any field, Import & Export will be good
• Service – minded and Optimistic attitude with attention to details
• Proficient in MS Office, Email is a MUST
• Good command of written/spoken English (or at least TOEIC 500 score is a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with various parties.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems or software.
• Familiarity with logistics and shipping documentation process.
• Problem-solving skills to handle any issues that might arise during shipping activities.
• Understanding of ERP and good with calculation will be an advantage
