Garment Department.
Type of Customer : Cintas (Uniform Business)
Area of Business : USA/Thailand

● Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery of garments.
● Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment using the SAP system.
● Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
● Maintain strong relationships with clients and address any issues or concerns promptly.
● Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
● Handle import/export documentation and procedures to facilitate smooth international trade operations.
● Coordinate with factories to manage production schedules and resolve any issues.
● Work effectively under high-pressure situations to meet tight deadlines.
● Estimate costs for the manufacturing process and prepare monthly sales estimates.
● Travel to factories in Bangkok and nearby provinces, if necessary.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male/Female, Aged between 24 - 35 years old with Thai Nationality.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales assistance or customer service roles.
- Experience with SAP and import/export operations will be considered a significant advantage.
- Experience in the garment business or production control is an advantage. Prefer garment US/Europe (Merchandising)
- English is Upper-Intermediate Level.
