- Team Management: Lead and manage the sales team to work effectively, set sales targets, and monitor team performance to adjust strategies as needed.
- Client Retention: Develop sales plans to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Sales Growth Strategies: Create and implement strategies to increase sales in both domestic and international markets.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to determine appropriate business directions.
- Effective Communication: Collaborate with clients, team members, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any arising issues.
- Sales Strategy Development: Plan and develop suitable sales strategies for the company’s products.
- Negotiation and Contracts: Manage price negotiations and contract terms with clients, including drafting and finalizing sales agreements.
- Contract Review: Evaluate and ensure that contract terms comply with legal requirements, company policies, and customer agreements.
- Pricing and Profitability: Oversee pricing strategies and sales conditions to align with market trends, ensuring maximum profitability.
- Product Innovation: Identify or develop new products that meet market demands.
- Logistics Coordination: Monitor and follow up on product delivery processes.
- ISO Management: Serve as the QMR (Quality Management Representative) to ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 standards.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.
- Age Requirement is 30 - 46 years or older.
- Experience in sales and sales team management.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Leadership qualities, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and basic work-related software.
- Intermediate level of Japanese (JLPT N3 up)
- Must have own car and driving license.
