JOB DETAIL

1.) Manage the work and team of Data Analysts to develop and improve Data Visualizations using Power BI or Tableau, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
2.) Design and develop Dashboards using existing data to maximize decision-making effectiveness.
3.) Conduct in-depth data analysis through both Quantitative and Qualitative methods to generate valuable Data Insights and present them as customer research reports.
4.) Explain data journeys, such as Customer Journeys and other in-depth analyses, to help customers understand and make informed decisions based on the data.
5.) Plan and manage projects to ensure smooth operations, including prioritizing tasks and resolving issues as they arise.
6.) Communicate and collaborate with relevant teams, such as the Data Analytics team, support teams, consulting teams, and other departments, to drive data initiatives forward.
7.) Support the development of skills and knowledge related to data and new technologies within the team.
8.) Coordinate with customers to understand their needs and present Data Insights that address their business objectives.
9.) Present data findings and reports to customers, advising on how to apply the insights for maximum benefit.
10.) Help customers understand the implications of data and its business impact through analysis to support strategic decision-making.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Any gender aged 28-48
2.) Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Marketing or other relevant disciplines.
3.) At least 5 years of experience in Data Analysis or Data Insights, with proficiency in BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
4.) At least 2 years of data management team.
5.) Excellent skills in both Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis with the ability to create valuable Data Insights and present solutions.
6.) Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data in a simple and understandable way.
7.) Ability to plan and manage projects, as well as lead a team effectively.
8.) Eagerness to learn new things and adapt to changes in technology and data practices.
