JOB DETAIL

・Coordination with shipping partners for importing products, either internationally or domestically
・Documentation related to Import products(Bill of Landing (BL), Insurance Policy（I/P）etc)
*Don't need to finalize whole documentation by yourself. Agency will support
・Coordination with Warehouse companies to manage inventory


・Support Documentation for sales staff
（Making Quotation, Purchase Order, Manege Order sheet etc）
・Support calculation of expenses, and submit to Accounting Department


・Support conversation between Thai - Japanese members as needed

*Have career path as Senior Logistic staff or Senior Sales Staff

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

＜Must Have＞
・Male or Female, Age between 25-35 years old
・At least 1 year working experience as Logistics Staff or Sales support staff
・English intermediate level（Use for Internal Communication）

＜Better to Have＞
・Working experience at chemical industry
・Working experience at Japanese company
