Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning and Management
• Develop and implement production plans and targets in alignment with customer demands and business objectives.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

2. Quality Control and Standards
• Ensure production processes comply with GMP, ISO, and other relevant standards.
• Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure product quality meets all required specifications.

3. Resource Management
• Manage and oversee production teams to achieve optimal performance and efficiency.
• Control production costs and manage budgets effectively.

4. Safety and Environmental Management
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations within the factory.
• Promote a strong safety culture and practices among all factory personnel.

5. Development and Innovation
• Propose and implement new ideas to improve production processes and enhance product quality.
• Work closely with the R&D team to support the development of new products.

6. Coordination and Communication
• Liaise with other departments, including procurement, logistics, and marketing, to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare and present progress reports and address challenges to the management team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience Required: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the cosmetics manufacturing industry.
3. Language Skills: Proficiency in Business English is essential for communicating with international suppliers (TOEIC score: 800/990), and proficiency in Chinese (HSK Level 4 or above) is an advantage.
4. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, proficiency in production cost control and budget management.
5. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of modern manufacturing practices and innovative production techniques, and ability to use data-driven analysis tools to improve factory operations.
6. Personal Attributes: Strong commitment to safety and environmental standards.
