Replacement Position
Department Members: 4 (HR, GA, Admin)
Report Directly to HR Manager (Thai)
1. Assist HR Manager in both HRD & HRM
HRM: Recruitment, Follow Budget, MBO and Payroll, Salary & Allowance, Renumeration, and Benefit & Welfare.
HRD: Evaluation Process, arrange organizational performance management.
2. Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance documentation, etc.
3. Assist in payroll task of 65 staffs including benefits & welfare. (Prosoft HRMI)
4. Manage compensation and benefits packages of employee.
5. Responsible for recruitment matters (Coordinating with recruitment agency, screening CVs and setting up interview processes).
6. Select traning programs and coordinate with outsource for employee.
7. Manage employee relations.
8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
10. Other related tasks as assigned by manager.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Male/Female. Age between 38-42 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any field.
3. More than 5 years of experience in HR/GA field.
4. Intermediate Level of English.
5. If familair with Prosoft HRMI will be an advantage.
