- Sell products to international customers and ensure delivery meets the terms agreed with clients.
- Monitor and manage sales, coordinate, and resolve issues with existing and new customers to achieve company targets based on key performance indicators.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and build trust with new customers to encourage purchases.
- Attend trade exhibitions both domestically and internationally, including preparing equipment and product samples.
- Collect and analyze sales data, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Plan for acquiring new customers to expand the customer base in line with company goals.
- Follow up on customer payments to confirm shipments and export documentation.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and quarterly reports for each customer.
- Present new product offerings to both existing and new customers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration in International Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related fields.
2. At least 3-5 years experience in Export sales and Marketing activities.
3. Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in packaging or production process for the manufacturing industry.
4. Able to efficiently communicate both Thai and English plus negotiation skill
5. Strong leadership, able to work on own initiative, and possess good interpersonal skills.
