JOB DETAIL

- Plan, implement and update bank’s cyber security framework, policies, procedures and roadmap
- Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security measures
- Lead and support security operations, overseeing systems updates and security tool deployments
- Conduct regular threat assessments and vulnerability scans to identify, analyse, and prioritise potential security threats
- Recommend and implement mitigation strategies to address identified vulnerabilities
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to user access, ensuring proper authentication and authorization measures
- Oversee privileged access to critical systems, ensuring controls are in place to monitor and restrict high-level access
- Utilise security tools and monitoring systems to identify and respond to security incidents
- Ensure continuous monitoring of network and application environments for unusual or suspicious activity
- Lead incident response efforts, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for effective containment, eradication and recovery
- Conduct post-incident analysis to improve response processes and strengthen overall security posture

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Cyber security, IT, Computer Sciences or any related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations, threat management, and incident response
- Preferred Certification: CISSP, CISA and/or CRISC
In-depth knowledge of cyber security principles, practices and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill for cross-functional work
- Proficient English communication skill
