Position: Sales Coordinator
Division: Food & Retail Business

• Support for the execution and assignment from Sales Team with good communications and cooperation.
• Support Sales Team for the execution process after the business conclusion to delivery by assignment from Sales Team with good communications.
• Handle the documentation task i.e. Issuing Purchase Order (PO) and/or Sales Contracts, Invoice, Debit Note, shipping document for import products, etc.
• Manage the routine workflow i.e. payments (A/R and A/P), Customs Clearance/delivery accurately and in timely manner.
• Communicate with the related parties with both internally (Back Office Staffs) and externally (Customers, vendors, Government Offices).
• Provide and arrange the reports needed by Sales Team and Management Team i.e. Market Reports, etc. Perform the assignment as required by Management Division.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in logistics related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of work experience as Sales Coordinator (Import/Export) from trading company. (If have work experience in food industry is an advantage).
• Intermediate Level of English (If have TOEIC Score is an advantage).
