Looking for an Assistant Factory Manager (or Factory Manager).
This factory manufactures equipment for semiconductor production, but as long as you are familiar with production process, you can apply for the position.

Your role is to oversee and manage operations at our manufacturing plant in Pathum Thani.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of factory workflows and production processes, ensuring efficient management of operations, safety, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Factory Operations Management:
Oversee and optimize the production process, including material intake, inspection, inventory management, assembly, and parts dispatch.

2. Develop and maintain effective production workflows and process controls.
Understand production schedules and ensure operational efficiency.

3. Personnel Management:
Manage and supervise factory staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

4. Foster a safe and productive work environment.

5. Safety and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, factory registrations, and industry standards.

6. Production Strategy:
Streamline processes and improve productivity through effective resource allocation.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

***Open to candidates from any industry with relevant factory management experience.***

- Age: 35-40 years old (Assistant Manager) or 40+ (Factory Manager).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Intermediate level of English
*** Your report line is a Japanese MD, English speaker ***
- Previous experience as a Production Manager or Manufacturing Supervisor is ideal.
- Must have minimum 3-5 years of factory management or production management experience.
- Must fully understand about production process
- Able to develop and oversee factory systems, including workflow charts and process management.
- Having knowledge of inventory control, inspections, and assembly workflows.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in Human resources management for factory personnel.
