JOB DETAIL

- Responsible for day to day finance procedure, prepare cheque, loan documents and bank transfer (both local and oversea) for approved payment, ensuring that all payments are properly authorized and approved.
- Responsible for cash advance and reimbursements, invoices and other accounts payable, petty cash, and daily cash receipts.
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts data.
- Foreign currency such as Yuan, US Dollar, THB remittances.
- Contact Banking about payment transferring process.
- Any others as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female 33 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Account or any related.
- 3-5 years experiences working as Finance in Banking field
- Good working attitude and open-minded
- Attention to details and accuracy with high responsibilities and good integrity.
- Flexible, ability to work multi-task, prioritize and willing to learn things.
- Computer literacy especially in MS. Excel and familiar
- Able to communicate in English both written and spoken.
