1. Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy,
and hiring levels
2. Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal
setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
3. Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive
culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met
4. Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance
management, and retention

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

 Male / Female age 45 - 55 years old.
 Master’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering or related fields
 More than 10-15 years of work experience as management in big construction
company.
 Experience in construction projects, factories, or warehouses will be considered a plus.
 Good personality and leadership skill
 Good in spoken and written English
