JOB DETAIL

• Design and execute a strategic plan for Continuing Medical Education, focusing on delivering high-quality educational programs for Nephrologists, Medical Doctors, and other health care professionals.
• Oversee all aspects of Continuing Medical Education conferences, whether onsite or virtual. This includes venue reservations, catering arrangements, conference registrations, and technical support coordination.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless and professional execution of all conference related tasks in a timely manner.
• Develop an annual agenda of conference topics and formulate a marketing strategy to promote each event.
• Track income and expenses to ensure conference attendance and financial profitability.
• Research professional trends to identify and develop new strategic opportunities for revenue generation.
• Develop the annual departmental budget with revenue and expense projections.
• Develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed financial goals.
• Identify subject matter experts to present at each conference. Contact potential presenters to recruit as speakers and negotiate their financial compensation or honorarium as independent contractors.
• Plan and execute the development of Continuing Education programs, regularly reviewing their appropriateness, quality, and overall success. Maintain and improve related policies and procedures.
• Be able to translate the company's new innovations (products, features, specs) to clinical value for the customer. Also, collect customer clinical needs and feedback and share these with product management.
• In collaboration with sales team, new business division, includes oversea partners, develop programs and material to train the sales team as well as other internal customers on the operations, features and clinical benefits of the company's hardware and software products.
• Train sales team on the clinical value of our products and solutions. Educate the team on specific selling techniques through creation of clinical value.
• Assist sales team in customer negotiation meetings to be able to adequately represent clinical value of the company's solutions versus competition.
• Represent your product lines in customer facing situations such as customer visits, trade shows and user group meetings.
• Provide information through formal presentations or other methods to customers that detail the clinical and/or financial benefits of the company's technology as related to the group.
• Provide product support to users either in person, or by written or verbal means.
• Creating any clinical documents to support all sales team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Business, Education or relevant field required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experiences gained from the Medical and Clinical field and one year experience coordinating Continuing Medical Education activities as required.
• Proven experience in conference management or event planning, with a track record of 3 or more years as preferred.
• Background in business development, educational program development or the design of continuing professional education and outcomes-based courses.
• Experience in curriculum development, editing, or work with professional development programs and associations.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with Nephrologists, Medical Doctors, and other health care professionals.
• Excellent communication skills including presentations, writing, active listening, and synthesizing information from diverse sources when working with colleagues, members, and volunteers.
• Proficiency in organizing and executing multiple high-quality programs and activities on budget and according to established timelines.
• Leadership experience and project management skills including managing channels and partnerships.
• Good command in English both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts.
