Sales Manager responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, maintaining relationships with prospective customers , and driving sales growth in aviation business.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a strategic business plan to expands customer.
• Present sales department work plans to management.
• Lead and manage team members to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance to management.
• Develop targeted sales campaigns and promotions.
• Ensuring high income from customer.
• Able to travel abroad (if requested)
• Perform any tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Age over 35 years.
• Bachelor degree or above.
• Fluent in English. Can communication with international partners
• At least 10 yrs experience in Sales.
• Can use MS Office.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• More than 3 years experiences as a sales manager.
• Experience in aviation will be a great advantage.
• Own a car and have driving license.
