◯Consulting proposal for supply chain
Manager Level
・High business consulting expertise in business process improvement and design in Supply Chain ( I,e Procurement, Production Plan and Control, Sales and Distribution, Operation Management , Warehouse and Logistics etc.,)
・Manage and deliver Business Consulting Project as Project manager Including Accountability of Project Planning, Project Value delivery, Manage project Team , Manage Client (all level) ,control, risk management and closing.
・Analyze current business process and identify key issues from operational and management perspective.
・Create and develop solutions to introduce to the market and guide to the team
・Creates SCM Business Process Improvement and Design project proposals to clients and close the deal with building sufficient relationship with Thai Senior Executives
・Coach Senior consultant

1.Supply Chain Operation Analysis and Design (Business Process Re-engineering)
・Understand client’s business strategy and supply chain and logistics characteristics.
・Analyze Process, Data, System, Organization, Skill related to either whole Supply Chain Management or either Supply Chain Planning, Material Planning, Sales management , Production management, Purchase, warehouse management, Logistic/transportation management for its business issues, root causes and impact.
・Design practical solutions (Conceptual and/or Detail) regarding Business process, system model, operation management method to solve identified issues effectively

2.Supply Chain Management system and ERP Assessment
・Model Supply Chain technology to enable to-be business design
・Assessment of the technology from each Supply chain related system (I,e ERP/WMS/PMS etc.,) in order to develop Technology model and its transformation roadmap
・Facilitate technology selection process by managing bidding process and scoring the vendor from tactical, technical, project management and investment perspective.
・Performing supply chain business process improvement measures with the client to achieve operational KPI targets.

3.Solution Deployment support and SCM Technology Project Management
・Facilitate solution implementation with business users by training , coaching, manage project and monitoring progress
・Project Management of System implementation projects and managing vendors, project schedule and scope management.


・Each team runs a project with 5-6 staff

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor degree
・Age between 30-50 years old
・Upper Intermediate Level of English
・More than 8 years of SCM business process design, business analysis work experience
・Experience of 5 or more Project Management in Business Consulting Firm of SCM business process consulting projects or ERP/WMS implementation experience in manufacturing or related operational industry.
・Experience of utilize his/her expertise to conduct business issues analysis and develop solution design for Supply Chain Management
・Experience working for Consulting Firm (PwC, Deloitte, Accenture, JDA IBM,
Abeam, etc.) or experience working for business companies as internal consultant
(SCG, PTT, CP etc.)
・Experience of three or more business process consulting projects
・Experience of two or more project related to Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Analysis, PSI Improvement Projects, S&OP Process Design projects.

・Experience of creating business process flow for Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Execution, Inventory Planning.
・Understanding of Demand Management, Forecast Accuracy Analysis, MRP, Advanced Production Scheduling, and Stock Fulfillment process.
・Strong eager and self-motivation to become a Process Consultant.
Key Skills Required (Option)
・SCM software experience (JDE/ANAPLAN/Asprova/SAP APS etc.)
・Usage of Business Process Management Tools
・Process Benchmarking experience
