- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and
increase market share.
- Lead and mentor the outbound sales team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee the planning and execution of outbound travel packages, ensuring high-quality client experiences.
- Respond to client inquiries, prepare quotes, and process bookings as needed.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure quality service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and expand business opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of bookings, invoices, and client communications.
- Provide administrative support and manage the reservation system effectively.
- Collaborate with the Products, and Operations teams to optimize tour offerings.
- Address any operational issues that may arise and ensure smooth tour execution.
- Other tasks as assigned by the group manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the tourism industry, with a strong focus on outbound sales management, experience with inbound travel is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast- paced environment.
- Passionate about travel with an in-depth knowledge of popular outbound destinations and attractions.
