Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for outbound operations starting from order generation, picking, packing until dispatch to customer and implement the right processes across team and also related stakeholder in company.

Has 25 Subordinates ** (Able to do Admin, Transport, GI)

- Supervising outbound operations of Offline order starting from Order administration, Picking until Packing to complete within company target with standard accuracy.
- Supervising outbound operations of Online order starting from Order administration, Picking until Packing to complete within company target with standard accuracy.
- Root causes investigation corrective and preventive action.
- Operations continuous improvement & GAMBA Walk.
- Order accuracy & productivity management.
- Transportation accuracy & productivity management.
- Customers complain management.
- Planning of priority, forecasting and team capacity.
- Managing and controlling the equipment for use in the Warehouse.
- Control the working time and overtime of employee in Warehouse to utilize with daily workload.
- Coordinate with the related department such as Goods receiving, Value added service, Inventory, Return in case of order issue.
- Maintain safety standards and insures safe working conditions.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices in all controlled areas.
- Preparing cost data and reporting.
- Any other duties assigned by Asst. WH. Manager / WH. Manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Management, Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of distribution environment, warehouse operation especially in order management, picking and packing for both offline and online customers
- Must have Department store customers knowledge
- Must have E-Commerce warehouse operation knowledge
- English communication skill (For internal)
- Effective decision making, planning, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in WMS, SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Strong people and team management
- Ability to communicate, lead the team and solve problems
- Continuous Improvement skills will be an advantage
- Able to work 6 days per week and Shift working 06:00 - 15:00 and 14:00 - 23:00
- Strong Leadership skills, People Skills
- Knowledge in Ecommerxe and Retail business
