• Following up all R&D team’s decision execution.
• Clearly any requirement with person in charge and setting the goal of development, then assignment to R&D team.
• Crete new formulation and make schedule of development to meet customer target for Performance Business in Thailand
• Sharing R&D knowledge to colleague.
• Have a leadership and management skill to support R&D activities.
• In charge of R&D activity department (reworking the formula to meet the target customer, RM replacement, cost reduction that preserve performance, etc.)
• Testing the formulation as customer/request from marketing (RFM > TS, color, hardness, special inspection item such as wettability, etc.), including contact to company for analysis of material.
• Attend meetings with customers & suppliers if required, including with trial production.
• Support the document to other departments.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

▪Male /Female with age around 37 - 45 years.
▪Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Science / Engineering / Polymer or Related filed.
▪Have working experience at least 5 years about R&D position in industrial company.
▪Have management experience at least 3 years as R&D Assistant Manager in industrial company.
▪ Leadership, Project Management, Problem Solving, Presentation.
▪Have a knowledge and skill to use the testing equipment and inspection of materials, especially for polymer filed.
▪Knowledge of ISO System that concern to work such as IAT16949, ISO14001, TLS8001.
▪Able to use a computer for Microsoft office (word, excel, power point).
▪Must be a team player and have ability to work with others.
▪ Good communication skills in English and presentation skill.
▪ Experience in introducing new technologies, products and applications to the stakeholders (SMS ,customers)
▪ Can confidently interact with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support.
▪ Experience in developing and commercializing thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) and PVC compounds in response to specific needs of customers.
▪ Responsibility for monitoring the pipeline of projects assigned to him/her and actively engage with stakeholders to successfully close projects within proposed timeline
