[About this job]
・This is a HRGA Manager position at new set-up Japanese manufacturing company in Saraburi (*Main Business = Food Packaging)
・As currently they are constructing factories now, you will be working at temporary office in Saraburi first then will relocate to factory later
・There are possibilities to have training at their group company in Nonthaburi during Jan-March 2025

・General recruitment activities for internal staff (job posting, scouting, interviews, candidate analysis)
・Create a job description for each position
・Daily HR operations
・General affairs work
・Support work for expatriates
・Other assigned tasks

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
-Must have HRGA experience for at least 10 years
-Must have Internal-recruiting experience as HR for at least 5 years
-Must have intermediate level of English skill
-Must have own car or motorcycle to commute to company
