- Take action to achieve the target amount determined by the employer.
- Set up evaluation criteria for the team, track and report on the necessary procedure results.
- Develop, encourage, and maintain sales activities and sales plans.
- Manage the activities of the team, and take care of the orderliness of the sales office and the Customer Experience.
- Strengthen relationships with partners and their management team by providing information, advice, and support; Service advice and maximum profit development and introducing various business opportunities
- Coordinate with the other departments on various leads.
- Prepare a report by analyzing and summarizing the data, including various commission reports.
- Supervise the development of the sales team through training, consulting, and product knowledge.
- Provide support to local representatives and foreign agents. In the context of a walk-in or roadshow
- Supervise the ownership ratio of both Thais and foreigners.
- Coordinate with the Marketing department to plan effective sales support strategies
- Administration and other Supports related to sales activities
- Survey, and follow up on the trends, movement, and situation of the market to analyze and adapt to the sale plan.
- Participate in sale promoting plan, advertising, information, and marketing of the employer including attending to the market area for nature and demand of the market.
- Preserve, examine, and control the use of any materials of the sales division. Compose sale promotion list including order and price comparison.
- Compose any documents related to all above clauses such as Internal Memo, and Reimbursement Memo.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

(Qualifications)
- Male or Female, Age 35 - 45 years old
- Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate development/ Investment/ property management/ asset management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Management and Team Management
- Experience in the Pattaya real estate market will be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Must have very good command of English
- Obtain a driver's license and own a car
- Ability to communicate in Chinese, Japanese, or Russian *Preferred Candidate who can speak Chinese*
- Strong leadership skills and ability to drive the team to exceed sales targets
- Excellence management skill
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellence communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
