JOB DETAIL

IT Support Coordinator who will assist to oversee the implementation and support of various software products that our company offers to clients. This role requires a strong technical background, good communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will act as a link between software developers and end-users, ensuring smooth implementation, support, and maintenance of IT products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, network, and other IT-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Project Support: Assist with the setup and support of IT equipment for specific projects, ensuring all technological aspects are operational and meet project requirements.
• Vendor Communication: Maintain regular communication with original software developers, hardware vendors regarding installation, support, maintenance, and training needs both locally and internationally.
• Technical Proficiency: Quickly learn and understand new software products, reading technical manuals and documentation to facilitate effective implementation and support.
• Training Coordination: Organize and oversee training sessions for clients, either directly or by coordinating with the original software developers.
• Issue Resolution: Address any technical issues that arise during implementation or use of the software products and resolve them with the help of vendor developers.
• Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including implementation, training materials, and support guides.
• Team Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Act as a liaison between IT outsourcing partners and other departments, following guidance from the project manager and stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Completion: Capable of successfully completing assigned tasks and responsibilities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male/Female age between 28-40 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT project management or similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing software implementation projects.
• Experience working with international vendors and diverse client bases.
• Strong understanding of various software systems and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. (MUST)
• Experience in the software distribution industry.
• Familiarity with specialized software in various fields (e.g., Mobile device, application, or telecommunications).
