Position: Senior Firmware Developer
Team: GPS Tracking & Fleet Management System
Team of 10-15 members
Main Responsibilty: Designing, developing, and maintaining the embedded software that powers our hardware devices. The responsibility is involved writing code that directly interacts with microcontrollers and sensors.

Job Description:
1. Develop firmware based on C, C# for GPS Tracking Device of Thailand and Oversea products.
2. Maintain and improve firmware for existing products.
3. Analyze and design new feature of GPS tracking device according to customers' requirement.
4. Test and debug firmware to ensure proper functionality and performance.
5. Identify and resolve firmware-related issues.
6. Use debugging tools and techniques to analyze code behavior.
7. Create clear and concise documentation for firmware development and maintenance.
8. Write technical specifications and user manuals.
9. Work closely with hardware engineers, system architects, and other team members.
10. Collaborate on the development of firmware requirements and specifications.
11. Mentor and guide junior developers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 27-35 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology, Electrical Engineering or Engineering related field.
3. More than 3 years of experience in 'Embedded Software Development', 'IoT' or related field. (If direct experience in GPS tracking business is an advantage).
4. Strong programming skills in C, C++, or assembly languages.
5. Proven understanding of embedded systems architectures and hardware components.
6. Proven knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and concepts.
7. Proficient in using debuggers, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes to identify and fix firmware issues.
8. Familiar with version control systems like Git for managing firmware code.
9. Intermediate level of English (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage).
NOTE: Hybrid work policy, depends on volume of work and company's regulations. (New members works in the office everyday during probation)
