JOB DETAIL

1.) Support and push short term and long- term plan of the company to reach to the target.
2.) Support and advice each team in the company to let’s them conduct their job smoothly and achieve task as planed.
3.) Support and advice subsidiaries ‘s member incase they have any issue on their work.
4.) Support and advise the internal audit team to ensure effective audit results.
5.) Support to the management as requested and support company’s member in overall support.
6.) Create a project that makes work efficient and standard in the group of companies.
7.) Review transaction from AD,AC,HR,GC,MRT and IT team before submit to MD for final approve.
8.) Review Bank transaction from AD,AC,HR before submit to MD for final approve.
9.) Review Taxation before submitting to Thai Revenue department such as WHT, VAT, Half year Tax, CIT, TP etc.
10.) Act as a good role model for subordinates and those involved in the work.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Bachelor degree or higher qualification in management or related fields.
2.) Minimum of 10 years experience of management or related fields.
3.) Understand about administrative management, Accounting & Finance, Human resource management etc.
4.) Have knowledge about Tax regulation & Legal, BOI regulation and related law for manufacturing company
5.) Have knowledge about manufacturing business and ERP operation flow.
6.) Able to work with various foreigner member.
7.) Good command of English both speaking and writing.
8.) Good interpersonal, leadership skill, Communication skill and team player.
9.) Can cooperate with business partner etc.
10.) Have ability to solve immediate problems.
11.) Should have bargaining skills.
12.) Has ability to learn easily and quickly.
13.) Be honest.
