As a Senior ERP Project Manager, you will be in charge of:

1. Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and other stakeholders.
**Most of their clients are Japanese manufacturing company.
2. Develop and execute a detailed project plan, including milestones, tasks, resources, risks and budget.
3. Monitor and report on project performance, highlighting any issues or risks to senior management.
4. Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets.
5. Prepare project documentation, such as requirements specifications, design documents, test plans, etc.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender, age 28-33 years old.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Business Computer, or related field
- Must have 3+ year experience in project management, with at least 2 years managing ERP implementations for manufactures.
- Must have experience with agile methodology and IT project management, specialized in Manufacturing.
- Intermediate level of English
- Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and how they can be used to support business processes (eg. Manufacturing, Production planning, Purchase Order, Sales Order, Inventory, Cost Management etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to change priorities.

[Advantage if you have the following skills/profile]
- Working experience in Japanese company
- GPA 3.0 or above
- TOEIC Score 800 up
- Having Project Management Professional [PMP], PMBOK or other project management certification.
- Experience with specific ERP systems, such as SAP, S4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, 365 BC or F&O, Infor LN or SyteLine etc.
- Technical background and/or experience working with IT teams.
