At a hair-colour salon (shop will open in mid-November), they are looking for Marketing Executive, who can fully be in charge of their marketing activities.

- Design and produce engaging digital creatives and advertisements for social media and other online platforms.
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Manage and maintain the salon’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Conduct and manage interviews with media outlets to enhance the salon's public image.
- Collaborate with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with third-party agencies.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine and adjust marketing strategies.
- Proactively identify and propose new marketing opportunities and campaigns.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Any gender age 24 to 40 years old
2. Upper intermediate level of English or Japanese.
3. Must have experience in planning digital marketing and make creatives for digital marketing
4. Strong passion for and experience in social media marketing.
5. Able to take initiative without waiting for instructions.
6. Excellent communication skills for negotiation and media handling.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
