・Store Management

【Job Description】
・Achieving Monthly Sales Targets
Implement measures to achieve sales targets for each sales channel (Siam Takashimaya, Central World, home sales, SNS, events, EC, etc.).
・Reporting Sales and Shop Status
Report daily sales and store operations to the back office.
・Inventory Management
Manage product inventory, replenish and order stock as needed, and prevent stockouts or overstock.
・Staff Management　（All Staff 5 persons　※Leader 1 Staff 4）
Supervise a team consisting of 1 leader and 4 PC staff, ensuring effective personnel allocation and shift management.
・Customer Service and Complaint Handling
Handle customer interactions, resolve issues, and address complaints at the shop to improve customer satisfaction.
・Implementation of Marketing Strategies
Carry out promotional activities using SNS and events to increase sales.
・Store Layout Management
Manage product displays and store organization to maintain an attractive and visually appealing shopping environment.
・Competitor Analysis
Analyze competitor trends and market movements to develop strategies for improving store sales.
・Management of Sales Incentives
Calculate and manage incentives based on total sales and distribute them appropriately among the team members.
・Shift Schedule Creation
Create and manage staff shift schedules for 9-hour shifts (including breaks) within the working hours

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Male or Female
・Age between 30 - 50 years old
・More than 5 years of experience working in a retail related industry
・More than 3 years of experience as a manager in a retail store
・Lower Intermediate Level of English
・Very good at customer service.
