JOB DETAIL
- Make Documents such as Agreement, Invoice, Receipt, etc.
- Prepare room for move-in (Check room, take photos of furniture, arrange fix or cleaning room)
- Check for room move-out (Room restoration work)
- Accounting work and Other Paperwork
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Any gender, age 22-30 years old
- Work experiences such as an Admin job or Sales Support or Customer Support job in any industry at least 1-2years～ (if have) or a Fresh graduate is welcomed
- Can speak, write and read in English (Intermediate level～)
- Japanese Conversational Middle level (Level N3～)
- Negotiation such as communication skills & Problem-Solving skills.
- Polite, diligent and good human relations
- Ambitious and who can think for themselves and carry out their duties
- Able to start to work immediately would be appreciated
