JOB DETAIL

1.Verifies approved purchase requisitions (PR)
2.Preparing detailed and issuing purchase orders (PO) in accordance with the company policy and negotiated terms and conditions
3.Negotiation with vendor on commercial terms and conditions, delivery time with leader's guidance target to company benefits
4.Obtaining approval from department manager and division general manager according to approval procedure
5.Send purchase order (PO) to vendors with order acknowledgment response
6.Monitor the status of open purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
7.Assist support expediting goods and services activities as instructed by team leader
8.Coordinates with vendors in dealing with problems related to purchasing such as delivery delayed or missing purchase orders and contact vendors to resolve the complains or claims and follow up the result
9.Coordinating with principals regarding orders and delivery schedules
10.Report to leader and manager with procurement status and performance
11.Maintain good relationships with vendors
12.Perform other job-related duties as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male, Age 23 - 28 years old.
-Bachelor's degree in faculty of Business Administration, Engineering are advantage or any other related.
-At least 1 year experience in procurement, engineering procurement, purchasing or supply chain management
-New graduates in any field which are interested in this field or seeking a challenging career are welcome.
-Fair command in spoken and written English.
-Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office
-Interesting in software or application, technologies and digital trend would be an advantage.
-Good communicate, problem-solving and negotiation skills
-Observation, adaptability, flexibility with good leaning skills
-Able to work under pressure with positive thinking
