【Main Duty】
・Support work for Japanese MD

【Job Description】
・Daily bookkeeping: Input transaction data such as sales and expenses into accounting software and create financial records.
・Support for monthly and annual financial closing: Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and ensure accurate financial reporting.
・Preparation of tax returns: Prepare tax returns for corporate tax, value-added tax (VAT), withholding tax, etc., and meet the submission deadlines.
・Payroll calculation: Calculate employees' salaries, social security contributions, income tax, etc., and manage payments.
・Issuance and management of invoices: Create invoices for clients and manage incoming payments.
・Audit support: Provide necessary documents and data during external audits.
・Preparation of financial analysis reports: Analyze income and expenses, and report the financial status to clients.
・Communication with clients: Contact clients and business partners, and respond to accounting-related inquiries and requests.
・Management of bank transactions: Manage bank accounts, handle fund transfers, and reconcile accounts.
・Compliance with accounting and tax regulations: Ensure that operations comply with accounting and tax-related laws and regulations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Male or Female
・Age between 24 - 30 years old
・More than 2 years of accounting work experience or experience working in an accounting firm
・Intermediate Level of Japanese【Must have JLPT N2】
・Lower Intermediate Level of English
・No Job hopper

・Must have Driver Licence and private car
