JOB DETAIL

• Drive all Human Resources Development activities to support next generation and future growth. Mainly in Talent development and Succession planning activities
• Take lead in driving Company strategy and KPI in term of People Development also lead any HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and systems
• Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management for decision-making together with oversee and control HR overall budget and expense
• Manage overall HR, General Affairs, included Payroll & Welfares, Employee Relation as well as General Services, Interpreter tasks and able to integrate IT Technology to HR Management system
• Review and revise new Company Guidelines to improve some ineffective processes in order to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as have understanding in Code of Conduct
• Corporate with all Production Managers in manpower planning, and employee development
• Provide advice & solve issue related to HR and Administration process for subordinates and other stakeholders as necessary
• Develop and manage Employee Performance Management system that drive high performance
• Organize Company activities, such as Company Tour, Sport Day, New Year Party and others
• Conduct necessary training to employees

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
Able to communicate in Japanese and English both in Business level as well as having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities with strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Being proactive and willing to challenge convention, comes up with new views on things and provide good HR solutions
Computer literacy, MS office, MS Outlook, Google application, etc.
