【Main Duty】
・Interpretation and translation services related to the company in general
Bangkok 30 % （Office ＆ Factory）
Pathunthani 70％　（Factory）
※More details will be discussed during the interview.
※If you do not have a car, you can go to the factory with Japanese.

※Depending on the situation, it may be renewed every 3 months. *Until the end of this year (end of 2024) at the latest.

【Job Description】
◯Interpretation for meetings (R&D, production planning, quality assurance, etc.):
・Interpret for meetings involving R&D teams, production planning departments, quality assurance teams, etc., in either English to Japanese or Japanese to English.
・Handle interpretation for technical discussions and strategic meetings related to product development, ensuring all parties understand each other accurately.
・Translate technical terms and industry-specific language appropriately, supporting participants in exchanging opinions smoothly.

◯Support for communication with employees (product development center & factory workers):
・Facilitate smooth communication with employees at product development centers and factory workers, aiding in understanding across employees whose native language is not Japanese.
・Interpret technical issues and instructions related to processes, promoting effective teamwork.
・Interpret training and explanations regarding new products or processes, deepening employees' understanding.

◯Translation and confirmation support for contracts:
・Translate contracts and legal documents from English to Japanese or vice versa.
・Thoroughly review the contents of translated contracts, identifying legal requirements and risks.
・Participate in contract negotiations as necessary, assisting in the understanding of legal issues and contractual terms.

◯Attending business trips from Japan
Other assigned tasks

※The contract period may be extended depending on the situation.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Male or Female
・Age between 30-45 years old
・More than 8 years of Japanese and English interpretation and translation work
・Intermediate Level of Japanese (JLPT N2)
・Intermediate Level of English　（TOEIC 700 UP）

【Advantage】
・Work experience related to health foods or health supplements
・Have Driver Licence and private car

※If you do not have a car, you can drive from the client's Bangkok office to the factory.
