1. Directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting.
2. Analyzing company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets. Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management
3. Developing and coordinating all relationships with lending/financial institutions.
4. Developing and maintaining all necessary accounting policies and systems, including general ledger and financial reporting. Ensuring that records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Oversee contract bookkeeper.
5. Assisting management in financial planning and results
6. Management - Work with team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking.
7. Coordinating, preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
8. Coordinating and/or preparing tax schedules, returns and information.
9. Managing relationships with insurance providers and ensuring compliance.
10.Managing all tax planning and compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, property and other applicable taxes.
11 .Building an accounting department as the company grows
12. Interacting with board of directors.
13. Providing strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs.
14. Closing Financial Statements
15. Set policies and plan for accounting and financial operations, including establishing accounting and financial systems in alignment with the company's operational guidelines.
16. Other finance and administrative duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male/Female age between 35-45 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting field.
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in accounting and financial field. *Prefer candidate from Aero craft or Automotive industry or trading company in similar business.
• Minimum 5 years in management level with subordinate.
• Has experience to handle full loops of accounting task.
• Fluent or Business level of English. (To communicate with Russian Management Team)
• Proficient in special computer programs such as Ms. office
• Experience in conducting foreign trade activities
• Strong knowledge of import and export
• Strong knowledge in the field of accounting and taxation.
• Knowledge of methods of calculation and analysis of various financial transactions.
• Advanced mathematical and analytical skills.
• Has CPD license or CPA is advantage
