Looking for a Sales executive who can communicate with client, revising the contract and closing the deal at a company providing natural gas and energy solutions.

For this position, you will be visiting client with Japanese staff, then making contract (English) accordingly and close the deal.

Most of the clients are in industrial Estate, and suggesting them natural gas, instead of using oil for the factory.

Job scope includes:
1. Visit Potential Customers accompanied by Sale GM or Sales Senior manager
* Sale GM or Senior manager have a network of potential customers (not making cold calls or door knocking sales).
*Clients: Japanese factory (in Rayong, Chonburi, Ayutthaya and other industrial parks), About 1~2 times a week.
* Sales use company car and driver (can rent a car and drive by yourself if necessary.)

2. After first contact/visit with the customers, take the responsibility of negotiating, making/revising contacts, and closing the deal (signing the contract.).

3. Communicate in Japanese as a main contact person with Japanese customers
(No need to do technical negotiations, as it's conducted by Japanese or Thai experienced staff.)

4. Coordinate the preparation and closing of contracts in English for projects
* There is a contract template, but need to modify/remake one that matches the project/contract accordingly.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Aged older than 25 to 35 years old (NON new grads)
- Bachelor’s degrees or higher
- Japanese speaking (N2-),
- English: Must have experience in making English contract
Speaking skills in intermediate level
-Must have coordination experience -Communication with client, negotiation, contract, closing deals.
-Energy industry experience is not mandatory (but preferred).
-Experience making contracts with client is highly preferred.
-Knowledge of finance or legal is preferred
