- Check and improve about production problem
- Establish team KPI in order to comply with the policy which deployed from superior
- Manage, Control, Analyze and improve all production process in order to achieve target / KPI as planned.
- Manage usage of company resource to be more proper and efficiency (man, material, machine and money)
- Generate budget planning and control.
- Generate related report to support management
- Manpower planning and control
- Performance Evaluation to team member
- Other jobs as assign

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- 0-3 years working experiences, Fresh graduated are welcome
- Bachelor’s degree in production engineering, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or others related fields.
- Good Command of English (TOEIC Score 500+) and computer proficiency.
- Management skills, supervisory skills, problem solving skills.
- Apprentice at Glass Factory
