JOB DETAIL
1) HR System Management:
•Oversee and manage HRIS, ensuring accurate and efficient data handling.
•Address and resolve system-related issues, collaborating with IT or outsource as needed.
2) Human Resource Management (HRM):
•Implement HR policy and procedure to support organizational goals.
•Manage employee records, compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
•Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
3) Human Resource Development (HRD):
•Cooperate to design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
•Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of HRD initiatives. collaborating with ACMT or outsource as needed.
4) Process Improvement:
•Analyze existing HR processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
•Lead or participate in HR projects related to system enhancements or process optimization.
5) Reporting and Analysis:
•Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights on workforce trends, training outcomes, and compliance metrics.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Any gender (age between 28-35 years old)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HRIS management, HRM, and HRD.
- Proven experience in implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
- Experience in managing employee records, compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
- Good command in English with Toeic 500+
