• Input Purchase order data into system.
• Co-ordinate between sales & related departments at factory
• (such as production planning / production & dispatching)
• Issue Billing Note / Credit and Debit Note
• Handle ISO documents
• Handle any tasks upon Sales Manager's requested

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Female, age 25-35 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any field
• Experience in sales coordinator for 2-3 years
• Good computer skills (Ms office Excel / Power Point)
• Good commands in Japanese (N2-N1)
• Intermediate level of English
