Report to Sales Division General Manager
Number of Subordinate: Sales Staff & Sales Coordinator
Sales Target (May or may not have)
Products: PVC Compounds for automotive and medical equipment.

1. Responsible for sales & marketing of domestic’s new business development.
2. Plan sale & marketing strategy for short term and long term of commercial and products development.
3. Maintain good relationship with customers, monitor sales forecast and coordinate for technical or quality assurance issues.
4 . Approach new customers, market mapping, establish strategy in assigned area.
5. Execute business strategy plan, develop products to meet customer’s satisfactory.
6. Communicate and maintain good relationship with customers.
7. Monitor customer credit, sales forecast and sharing information to related internal parties.
8. Cooperate with sales coordinator and technical service officer daily to support the customers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 35-47 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any related field.
3. At least 5 years of experience as sales in polymer or plastics products (If have knowledge of PVC compound products is an advantage).
4. JLPT N3 or higher.
5. Intermediate level of English.
6. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
7. Required personal car and driver's license.
