Department: Basic Chemicals Division

1. Responsible for domestic logistics and operation, import and export business process including input the data and monitor all internal procedures related to businesses of the department.
2. Support logistics operation process with buyers and suppliers.
3. Take responsibility to arrange delivery for customers on domestic business and to follow updelivery. Try to arrange delivery with fewer cost.
4. Support and check credit line/payment and report to senior persons.
5. Arrange shipping documents for businesses and documents to receipt/pay amount.
6. Coordinate, communicate, and strengthen the relationship with suppliers, customers, and overseas offices.
7. Manage documents smoothly and efficiently.
8. Cooperate with co-workers and other related parties.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female, age 25-30 years.
2. Bachelor's degree in any related field.
3. At least 1 year as Sales Coordinator/Sales Support from international trading company.
4. Intermediate level of English (If have TOEIC Score is an advantage)
5. Familiar with SAP is an advantage.
